Yoga, diet and Glaucoma

Posted by Sue Hawkins | Posted in Blog | Posted on 03-27-2012 | 0 Comments

I also provide some useful lifestyle tips and yoga postures for those who suffer from glaucoma, which is a disease where damage to the optic nerve leads to progressive, irreversible vision loss.
