Your time during the yoga retreat is an important opportunity to unwind and be nurtured. Offering restoring balance and a complete renewal for your body, mind and spirit. Each day begins with a 20min meditation to quieten the mind and bring a sense of inner calm and clarity followed by a flowing yoga practice to develop a strong and flexible body promoting improved breathing. The afternoons we will focus on a restorative yoga practice to develop an inner peace and stillness and balance out the activities of the day followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Classes are taught by Sue Hawkins who will guide you through a series of yoga practices for those completely new to yoga as well as experienced students. Modifications and adjustments are given to each guest as well as those with special needs.
There is plenty of free time to enjoy either relaxing by the pool, nurturing yourself at the Day Spa, a beautiful beach walk and swim or visit the many shops of Byron only 10mins drive from the retreat.
